Delete the itsme account of my minor child

As a parent or guardian, you can have your minor child's account deleted by contacting the helpdesk. Don't forget to attach proof of parenthood or guardianship (*) and a copy of your ID and that of your minor child.

(*) This proof can also be provided by the bank.
