Activate via bank

To activate your itsme account, first download the itsme app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then link your identity information to your itsme account once.

Follow the steps in the app to activate your itsme account through your bank* (BNPPF, Belfius, KBC, CBC, ING, Hello Bank or Fintro).


* Not a customer of BNPPF, Belfius, KBC, CBC, ING, Hello Bank or Fintro? Then you can activate your itsme account with your eID (and eID card reader).

 

If you don' have access to these resources, you can visit a Digibank near you. They offer access to computers and assistance with activating your itsme account.
