Please remove and reinstall the itsme® application and check if you have the latest version of the ING app.
- Open the ING app on your smartphone
- Select the 👤️ icon in the top right-hand corner
- Choose Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Manage my itsme® account".
- Confirm your phone number
- A token appears on your screen, write it down
- Open the itsme® application (on your mobile phone)
- Insert the received token
- Create and confirm your 5-digit itsme® code
- Continue until your first name appears on the screen - your itsme® account is active again
