If, after confirming your data in the BNPPF app, you are not properly returned to the itsme app, resulting in the unending "your data is being retrieved," you can use the workaround below:
To start, make sure Chrome is set as your default browser (if it is not already). You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to "Settings" on your device.
- Select "Apps" or "Application Manager" (depending on your device).
- Select "Default apps."
- Go to "Browser app" and select "Chrome."
Now you can follow the following procedure:
- Start itsme® and select the bank "BNPPF".
- Tap the three dots (menu) in the upper right corner of the BNPPF environment.
- Choose "Desktop site." This will change the way the website is displayed and you can continue with the procedure.
