itsme is available in several European countries..

Do you have one of the supported documents? Then download the itsme app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the steps in the app to activate your itsme account.
A few notes
- To access some Belgian partners, especially government departments, you need an itsme account linked to a Belgian eID (the Belgian government asks for your national registry number, which is only stored on Belgian eIDs).
- If you get the error code '001-0317' when activating your account, you may have previously used a different ID document. If you do not remember which document you used, or if you no longer have that document (lost, expired, etc.), please feel free to contact our helpdesk. We are happy to assist you in reactivating your account
