Belgian users can update their identity details (such as address, card number, etc.) in their itsme account by reading out their Belgian eID at a nearby Bancontact CASH point. Your details will be updated at your bank and automatically shared with itsme. Quick and efficient!
Note: This is only possible if you activated your itsme account via BNPPF, KBC, Belfius, Hello Bank, or FINTRO.
