Change home address or eID data via the itsme website

Belgian users can update their identity details (such as address, card number, etc.) in their itsme account by reading their Belgian eID on the itsme website.

Note: You need a computer and an eID card reader for this.

Steps

  1. Go to the itsme website on a computer and click "My Account" > "Update your itsme" in the top right corner, then enter your phone number.

  2. Follow the steps to read your eID and confirm the update using your eID PIN code.
