Change itsme code

  1. In the app menu, tap "Security and privacy," then tap "change itsme code.
  2. Choose a new, 5-digit itsme code that only you know.

Did you forget your itsme code?

Then you need to block and reactivate your itsme account. You can also do this by deleting your itsme app, reinstalling it via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and then reactivating your account.
