If you have forgotten your itsme® code, you need to reinstall or rather reactivate your itsme®. You can do this in the following ways:
- With your eID: follow the steps on this web page.
- You can also reactivate your account via your bank (BNPPF, Belfius, KBC, CBC, ING, Hello Bank or Fintro) provided the bank has read your eID card. Then you must first block your account and then reactivate it via the app.
