Forgot your itsme code?

If you have forgotten your itsme code, you will need to set up a new itsme code.

There are two ways to do this:

Block your itsme account

  • In the app menu, tap on 'Security and privacy' and select 'Block itsme'.
  • Follow the instructions to block your account.
  • Afterwards, you can activate your itsme account again in the app and choose a new itsme code.

Delete and reinstall the itsme app

  • Remove the itsme app from your phone.
  • Download it again via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Open the app and follow the steps to activate your itsme account again.
