Forgot your itsme code?

If you have forgotten your itsme code, you will need to set up a new code.

How to reset your itsme code:

You have two options:

1. Block your itsme account

  • Go to the menu in the app, select “Security and privacy” and select “Block my itsme.”
  • Follow the instructions to block your account.
  • Then, reactivate itsme to set up a new code.

2. Delete and reinstall the itsme app

  • Remove the itsme app from your phone.
  • Download it again via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Open the app and follow the reactivation steps.
