Compatible devices and functionality

To ensure optimal functioning of the itsme® app, it’s important to always use the latest version of the app and your operating system. The itsme® app works on:

  • Android devices: minimum version 8.0 (fingerprint identification available from version 9.0)
  • iPhones: minimum iOS version 15.0 (Face ID available from iPhone X)
    Note: iOS beta versions are not supported.

Make sure to enable automatic updates on your device. This helps you stay on the latest version, which is essential for both functionality and security.

Additionally, we only support original devices. Rooted or jailbroken devices are not supported, and the app is not compatible with iPads or other tablets.
