Did you click on a suspicious link or notice suspicious activity? Block your itsme account immediately.

Via the app

1. Tap 'Security and privacy' in the app menu and then 'Block itsme'.
2. Tap 'Block my itsme'.
3. Enter your phone number and all your first names.
4. Your account is now blocked (confirmation via SMS).

Via the website

1. Open the itsme website and click on 'My account' > 'Block your itsme' in the top right corner.
2. Enter your phone number and all your first names.
3. Your account is now blocked (confirmation via SMS).

You can then reactivate your account later.
