Belgian users can update the identity data (such as your address) of their itsme account using their Belgian eID.
Option 1: Via the website
- Go to the itsme website on a computer and click on 'My account' > 'Update your itsme' at the top right and enter your phone number.
- Read out your eID and confirm the data update with your eID PIN.
Option 2: Via Bankcontact Cash (Batopin)
If your itsme account was created with BNPPF, KBC, Belfius, Hello Bank, or FINTRO, you can update your eID at a nearby Bancontact CASH point. Your information will be updated in your bank account and automatically shared with itsme. Quick and efficient!
