If you have a new phone number, update it in your itsme account as soon as possible. That way you will always receive actions on your current phone number.

Via the app

1. In the app menu, tap 'My details' and then your phone number.
2. Enter your new phone number and validate it via the SMS you receive.

Via the website

1. Open our website on your computer and click on 'My account' > 'Activate your itsme' at the top right.
2. Enter your new phone number and confirm with your eID.
