If you have a new phone number, update it in your itsme account as soon as possible. That way you will always receive actions on your current phone number.
In case your itsme app isn't activated, you can activate it with your eID card on our website with your new number. You will need an eID card reader for this procedure.
Via the website
- Open our website on your computer and click on 'My account' > 'Activate your itsme' at the top right.
- Enter your new phone number and confirm with your eID.
In case your itsme app is actived, you can easily adjust your mobile number via the menu:

- In the app menu, tap 'My details' and then your phone number.
- Enter your new phone number and validate it via the SMS you receive.
