Some users may see an error message in the mobile app:

This issue only affects a small number of users and is linked to a previous app update.
What is the cause?
During an earlier update, the automatic cleanup did not run correctly.
As a result, old security keys remained on the device.

How to fix the issue
- Open the app
- Go to Settings > Security and privacy
- Turn Biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) off
- Fully close the app
- Open the app again
- Turn Biometric authentication back on
The app will now create new security keys and remove the old ones automatically.
