Is your app active?
- Tap on 'Security and privacy' in the app menu and then on 'Delete itsme'.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account and confirm with your itsme code, fingerprint, or face recognition.

Then contact our helpdesk.
Reactivating itsme
If you want to use itsme again later, you will need to create a new account. Close and restart the app and follow the steps to reactivate your account.
Note: Make sure you always remember your original login credentials for our partner websites so you don't lose access.
