Do you no longer see your Belgian bank, government, or other partners in the itsme app? This is usually linked to your device settings.
iPhone (iOS)
On iPhone, the region setting of your device is what matters.
If your region is set to Spain (or another country), the app assumes you live there and will no longer show the Belgian partners.
Set your region back to Belgium, and the Belgian partners will reappear.
How to fix it:
Go to Settings
Select General > Language & Region > Region
Set the region to Belgium
Close and reopen the itsme app
Android
On Android, you can also change the language and region, but this may vary depending on the brand of your phone. For example, you can set Dutch (Netherlands) or Dutch (Belgium).
Because Android menus differ slightly between brands (Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, …), the exact path to these settings may vary.
