When scanning a QR code with the itsme® app, the following message appears:
“Something went wrong. This action could not be completed. Please try again later. [033-0002]”
Issue: The iPhone camera is already being used by another app (for example a QR scanner, banking app, or camera app).
Solution
Close other apps
- Open the app switcher (swipe up).
- Close all apps that may use the camera
- Reopen the itsme app and try again.
If the problem persists:
- Restart your iPhone
The QR scan should now work normally.
