To discover which Doccle account your eID or itsme has already been linked to and to link it to the correct account, you can follow the steps below:
- Log out of the account where you received the error message.
- Log in again, but choose Log in with itsme or Log in with eID (this will log you in directly to the account where your itsme or eID is linked).
- Once logged in, go to Preferences > Security and remove your eID/itsme.
- Log out and log back in with eID/itsme to link it to the right account.
